I got a gift form a fellow textile artist - huge bag full of deadstock and leftover yarn for members of my textile art club Queer stitches. Most of the yarn was quite quicky used at our meeting, but I had qute a few of skeins of colorful sythtetic strappy yarn that noone seemed interested it, because it was not very easy to work with. I found out that it was much easier to crochet when I hold it with cotton yarn and I loved finding all the the color combinations. Thick amd partly synthetic fabric was not very appropriate for clothing, but perfect for handbags. The rest of the story is quite clear, I did some tests and came up with a product I love to use and make for you!
Most of the synthetic strappy yarn used for bags is still deadstock from the original bag I got and from online second hand stores. Ready to buy bags are always at least 50% deadstock, for custom bags I offer also 100% new materials for more color options.

Size
Bag is 22 cm wide, 15 cm tall. I am able to make the bag and strap in slightly different size (+- 5 cm). If you want different size, message me for price quote.
Colors
The bag is hand crocheted from two types of yarn. Base yarn is 100% cotton. Effect yarn is 100% polyester. You can choose your own color combination. If you are not sure, message me and I can help you choose or make samples.
Part of the yarn used for this bag can be made from deadstock material - contact me for info about my current stock.

Care instructions
The bag will slightly stretch with use. Original shape can be restored by washing. Wash in hand and dry while laying flat. If the bag starts separating at seams or at the handle I offer free repair.
Barter system
Are you an artist or do you provide a service I might use? I am always happy to exchange my bags or other products in e-shop. If you are artist and I already follow you on socials, there is big chance I will want to exchange. If you provide useful sevice (etc. massages, tattoos, hair, photos, fun accomodation, ...)
